Shipping&Return

The items will be shipped out within 24 hours during working days after we receive your payment, which means our carrier will pick up the items within 24 hours. You will receive an automatically generated e-mail including the carrier's information and a tracking number as soon as the item has been dispatched. You can track your item on the carrier's official website. 

The fulfillment of the delivery will take 2 to 5 business days affected by the distance and the carrier's operational efficiency. Your patience will be highly appreciated when expecting the items. When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. Thank you in advance for your understanding. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 business days, we will exert great effort to resolve this.

Once order is placed, we can not cancel order since we process orders right away.
