How to Choose the Correct Size Safety Pad for Your Rectangular Trampoline?

• Step 1: Unstretched Spring Length (hook-to-hook): Only fits rectangular trampolines with springs up to 7" long
• Step 2: Trampoline Size (pad size matching): Outer length and width of the rectangular top rail (Note: choose the larger size if your measurement is between 2 different sizes)
• Step 3: Jumping mat size (length and width, excluding V-rings)

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item purchased from our store.
During this time, we wll cover the shipping cost of return for defective and damaged item, through provide pre-paid return label for customer's convenience.

Warranty

1-year limited warranty for the spring cover, 3-month for storage bag from the purchase date.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials.
EXACME does not cover the product which have been abused, alt ered, misused, cut. Ordinary wear and fading of pad is not covered, as we cannot control the type of environment your trampoline is put under.
Warranty applies to the original retail purchaser only. Third-party purchases are not covered.
EXACME will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts within warranty period.
