Exacme trampoline pads DO NOT have slots for net pole. If your trampoline poles are inside of the trampoline steel frame, you may need to cut the pad by yourself.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item purchased from our store.
During this time, we wll cover the shipping cost of return for defective and damaged item, through provide pre-paid return label for customer's convenience.
Please securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories or manuals that came with the product.

Warranty

1-year limited warranty for the spring cover, 3-month for storage bag from the purchase date.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials.
EXACME does not cover the product which have been abused, alt ered, misused, cut. Ordinary wear and fading of pad is not covered, as we cannot control the type of environment your trampoline is put under.
Warranty applies to the original retail purchaser only. Third-party purchases are not covered.
EXACME will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts within warranty period.
